KR-0100 RO Membrane Universal Antiscalant

 KR-0100 is a universal composite reverse osmosis membrane antiscalant developed for most industrial desalination, pure water preparation and small seawater desalination equipment. It adopts the compound formula of organic phosphonate and sulfonate copolymer, and realizes three core scale inhibition mechanisms of metal ion chelation, crystal lattice distortion and particle dispersion at the same time. It can comprehensively inhibit the precipitation and scaling of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate and silica, covering almost all common scaling substances in reverse osmosis influent water. The formula is mild and friendly to membrane materials; it can be safely used for TFC polyamide composite membranes and CA cellulose acetate nanofiltration membranes, and will not cause irreversible surface pollution and damage to the membrane layer. The applicable pH range of KR-0100 is 5 to 10, which can adapt to raw water with high hardness and low hardness. The recommended dosing amount is only 2-5ppm, which can completely replace the traditional process of adding acid to control scaling, avoid pipeline acid corrosion and reduce the procurement cost of acid raw materials. It is widely used in electronic semiconductor ultra-pure water stations, chemical industrial desalination equipment, drinking water production lines and small seawater desalination devices. After long-term use of KR-0100, the chemical cleaning cycle of RO membrane elements can be extended 2 to 3 times, the overall service life of the membrane is increased by about 30%, and the comprehensive operation cost including membrane replacement, cleaning agent and labor is significantly reduced.
